This Privacy Policy describes how Reddick Technologies, operating as Reddnology ("we," "our," or "us"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our applications ("Apps"), including PE1 Exam Pro, PE2 Exam Pro, PE3 Exam Pro, PE4 Exam Pro, FAT50 — Fit At 50, and RT Exam Pro.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Study Progress & Activity Data

We collect data about your activity within the Apps, including:

• Quiz and exam scores (exam prep apps)
• Questions answered and accuracy rates (exam prep apps)
• Study session duration and frequency (exam prep apps)
• Workout activity, exercise logs, and fitness progress (FAT50)
• Topic-level performance metrics
• Streak and milestone progress
• Bookmarked questions and flashcard activity (exam prep apps)

This data is used to power adaptive difficulty, smart review, progress tracking, personalized workout recommendations, heatmaps, trend charts, and other personalized features within the Apps.

1.2 Device Information

We may collect basic device information including:

• Device model and operating system version
• App version number
• General device identifiers for analytics

1.3 Crash and Performance Data

We use Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics to collect crash reports and performance metrics. This data helps us identify and fix bugs, improve app stability, and optimize performance. This data is anonymized and does not include personally identifiable information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve the App's study features
• Personalize your learning experience through adaptive algorithms
• Track your progress and generate performance analytics
• Diagnose technical issues and improve app performance
• Respond to your support requests

3. Subscriptions and Payments

All subscription purchases and payments are handled entirely by Apple (via the App Store) or Google (via Google Play). We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card numbers, or billing details. 4. Advertising and Tracking

Our Apps do not contain third-party advertising. We do not use advertising tracking technologies, sell your data to advertisers, or share your information with advertising networks.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Apps use the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google) — For analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring. Firebase may collect anonymized usage data. See Firebase Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store — For app distribution and subscription management on iOS devices.
• Google Play Store — For app distribution and subscription management on Android devices.

6. Data Retention

Your study progress data is stored locally on your device and may be synced to your Apple ID or Google account for backup purposes. We retain anonymized analytics data for a reasonable period to improve our Apps. If you delete the App, your local study data will be removed from your device.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the study data stored within the App
• Delete your local study data by uninstalling the App
• Request information about what data we hold about you
• Contact us to request deletion of any data we may have

9. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are designed for adult users pursuing professional certifications or personal fitness goals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at reddtech@reddnology.com and we will take steps to delete such information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
