Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the applications ("Apps") provided by Reddick Technologies, operating as Reddnology ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Apps — including PE1 Exam Pro, PE2 Exam Pro, PE3 Exam Pro, PE4 Exam Pro, FAT50 — Fit At 50, and RT Exam Pro — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.

2. Description of Service

Our Apps provide exam preparation materials, practice questions, mock exams, study tools, fitness programs, workout tracking, and related content across professional certification and personal wellness domains. The exam prep Apps are designed to supplement — not replace — formal education, training, and official study materials. The fitness App (FAT50) is designed to support — not replace — professional medical or fitness advice.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Subscription Model

Access to App content requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are offered on a per-paper basis with the following duration options:

• 1-month subscription
• 3-month subscription
• 6-month subscription

Pricing is displayed in the App and on the App Store or Google Play listing. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted.

3.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly handle your payment information. By subscribing, you also agree to the payment terms of the respective platform.

3.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal charges are applied at the rate of the current subscription plan.

3.4 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund:

4. Intellectual Property

All content within the Apps — including but not limited to questions, answers, explanations, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Reddick Technologies and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute App content
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps
• Share, resell, or sublicense your subscription access
• Use the content for commercial purposes without written permission

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Attempt to circumvent any subscription or access restrictions
• Use automated tools to extract content from the Apps
• Share your account credentials with others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Apps' functionality

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps and their content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that:

• The content is error-free or complete
• Using the Apps will guarantee passing any certification exam
• The Apps will be available without interruption
• The content reflects the most current exam syllabus at all times

Our Apps are study aids. Exam results depend on many factors including individual preparation, experience, and the specific exam administration.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reddick Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, or failure to pass a certification exam, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Apps.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Apps shall not exceed the total subscription fees you have paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings:

• iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the subscribed content until that date.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
